Deleum Acquires PT OSA to Strengthen Valve Solutions Market in Southeast Asia

Deleum Berhad has acquired a 70% stake in Indonesia-based PT OSA Industries for USD 7 million (RM31.3 million) to strengthen its presence in the valve solutions market in Southeast Asia.
