Eco World net profit surges 44% to RM438m on strong sales
KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd posted a 44.3% rise in net profit to RM438.07 million for FY25 ended Oct 31, 2025, from RM303.54 million a year earlier, driven by robust property sales of RM4.55 billion. Revenue climbed 29.8% to RM2.93 billion.
Iskandar Malaysia contributed RM2.27 billion in sales, followed by Klang Valley (RM1.75 billion) and Penang (RM524 million). Residential segments grew 15%, with upgrader homes and duduk apartments leading demand. Commercial Eco Hubs achieved RM664 million.
The group raised its FY26 sales target to RM4 billion, backed by new launches including Eco Business Park VII and VIII. A data centre project in Eco Business Park V, set for completion in 2H FY2027, will anchor recurring income growth to 20-30% of net profits.
