EPF Accounts
The Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) has declared a dividend of 6.15% for both Simpanan Konvensional and Simpanan Shariah, amounting to a total payout of RM79.6 billion. EPF CEO Ahmad Zulqarnain Onn announced RM67.1 billion for conventional accounts and RM12.5 billion for shariah accounts. For 2025, EPF recorded distributable income of RM82.7 billion, up 9.5% from 2024.
EPF Declares 6.15% Dividend
Investment assets grew to RM1,409 billion, driven by portfolio income and net contributions. EPF chairman Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali credited resilient equity markets and diversified investments for the strong performance. Malaysia’s economy expanded by 5.2% in 2025, supported by fiscal reforms, resilient exports, and Bank Negara’s policy rate adjustment to 2.75%.
Despite global trade tensions, EPF emphasized disciplined risk management and long-term strategy to safeguard members’ savings while delivering sustainable returns.
