ShinWon Corporation has released its second annual Sustainability Report, outlining significant progress across its Environmental, Social and Governance pillars. The company reported advances in responsible manufacturing, worker welfare and transparent governance across its global operations. Earlier this year, ShinWon formalised its compliance framework with a declaration focused on human rights, anti-corruption and ethical business conduct. The group expanded labour audits across all overseas facilities and delivered technical support to 14 partner factories, improving productivity and product quality.

On the environmental front, ShinWon accelerated its transition toward resource-circular manufacturing, with its Indonesian unit securing LEED Gold certification and subsidiaries installing solar systems, upgrading water-treatment facilities and adopting water-efficient washing technologies. Governance oversight has been strengthened through an ESG Committee that escalates climate and energy decisions to the Board.
CEO JJ Park said the report reflects ShinWon’s commitment to long-term sustainable growth and a resilient global fashion ecosystem.
