Unity strong in Madani gov’t claims Anwar

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim emphasised that the government’s strength lies in the unity and cooperation among its coalition partners, despite their differing views. Speaking at the Kenduri Rakyat programme in Port Dickson, held alongside a three-day MPs’ retreat, Anwar thanked Deputy Prime Ministers Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Fadillah Yusof for their commitment to unity. He said the retreat showed the government’s dedication to listening to the people’s problems and ensuring national prosperity. The programme allowed ministers and MPs to engage directly with residents in a relaxed setting, fostering closer ties and understanding of grassroots issues.
