Vertiv Appoints Scott Armul as Executive VP to Lead Global Portfolio and Drive Growth Strategy

Vertiv has appointed Scott Armul as executive vice president for global portfolio and business units, effective January 1, 2025. Armul, who currently serves as vice president of global strategic accounts, will report to CEO Giordano Albertazzi and focus on advancing Vertiv’s growth strategy.

He will oversee Vertiv’s product portfolio, including thermal and power management, IT systems, infrastructure solutions, and global services. Stephen Liang, currently Vertiv’s CTO and EVP, will dedicate his role to shaping future technology vision and strategy.

Armul’s extensive Vertiv experience since 2009 positions him to drive customer-focused innovation in response to rising AI infrastructure demands.
