Zoho Corporation, a global provider of enterprise IT and business applications, has announced the opening of its new office in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The facility will host teams from Zoho and its IT management division, ManageEngine, marking a significant step in strengthening the company’s long-term commitment to regional customers and Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda.
Malaysia’s digital economy continues to grow, with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation reporting MYR 1 billion in revenue from 140 AI solution providers. This expansion aligns with national initiatives such as MyDIGITAL and the National E-Commerce Strategic Roadmap, which aim to position Malaysia as a regional centre of excellence.
Zoho’s investment builds on its 2025 partnership with Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd to launch the Zoho for Startups programme, offering MYR 30 million in software to support 3,000 startups. At Zoholics Malaysia 2025, Zoho showcased AI-powered enhancements across its suite, emphasizing scalability and ease of use.
ManageEngine CEO Rajesh Ganesan highlighted the importance of secure, resilient infrastructure amid rising cyber incidents, with Malaysia recording losses of over MYR 1.22 billion in 2024. The new office will also serve as a hub for training, workshops, and community events, supporting SMEs, enterprises, and government agencies in building stronger digital and cybersecurity capabilities.
