Adam Radlan Pays RM4.1mil Compound, Granted DNAA in Jana Wibawa Case
KUALA LUMPUR: Businessman Adam Radlan Adam Muhammad has been granted a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) after paying a RM4.1 million compound in connection with Jana Wibawa-related graft and money laundering charges. Sessions Court judge Suzana Hussin made the ruling after the prosecution confirmed acceptance of Adam’s representation and payment under Section 92(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Adam had faced multiple charges of soliciting and receiving bribes worth millions to secure government road projects, as well as laundering over RM3 million between 2021 and 2023. His counsel, however, had sought a full acquittal.
