Heathrow Airport fire forces the closure of Europe’s busiest airport

The UK’s Energy Secretary, Ed Miliband, called the incident “catastrophic,” noting even the backup generator was damaged. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, sparking questions about the resilience of critical infrastructure.
