Kuala Lumpur, 29 September 2025 — Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) has announced a groundbreaking collaboration with four global technology leaders — Adobe, Google, Skyscanner, and Visa — marking a historic first for the aviation industry.
The partnership is designed to transform the end-to-end customer journey by integrating advanced technologies in metasearch, digital engagement, personalisation, and payments. Through this initiative, MAG aims to set a new global benchmark in delivering seamless, data-driven, and customer-centric travel experiences.
Clarence Lee, Group Chief Digital & IT Officer of MAG, said the collaboration represents “a quantum leap in creating a frictionless online travel experience.” He highlighted that with global leaders providing AI, personalisation, and payment solutions, MAG will deliver more rewarding journeys to customers worldwide.
Chief Commercial Officer Dersenish Aresandiran added that the partnership would “transform the entire customer journey — from inspiration to booking and beyond,” offering convenience, trust, and meaningful engagement at every step.
The partnership was formalised during MATTA Fair 2025 with leaders from Adobe, Google, Skyscanner, and Visa present. Together, they will power MAG’s ambition to be among the world’s leading aviation groups, showcasing how innovation and strategic collaboration can redefine the future of travel.
