MBSB Posts Strong FY2025, Declares 1.22 Sen Dividend

PETALING JAYA, Feb 27 — MBSB Berhad has declared a single-tier interim dividend of 1.22 sen per share for the final quarter of FY2025, bringing total annual payout to 3.22 sen per share. This reflects a robust 94.7% dividend payout ratio, underscoring the Group’s strong financial performance.

Revenue for FY2025 reached RM3.44 billion, supported by higher non-funded income of RM280 million, driven by improved investment yields and contributions from MIDF’s Government Scheme Fund.
