Pearson Edexcel Forms Strategic Partnership with Malaysian Examinations Council

Pearson Edexcel and the Malaysian Examinations Council (MEC) have entered a strategic partnership, extending Pearson Edexcel examinations to MEC test centers in Malaysia. This collaboration aims to enhance accessibility and flexibility for independent private candidates taking Pearson Edexcel qualifications, ranging from primary to A Level examinations.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed on November 24, 2023, at the MEC office in Selangor. The partnership signifies a commitment to excellence in examination management, aligning with international standards and expanding opportunities for learners in Malaysia. Pearson Edexcel will support MEC’s transition as a test center partner, fostering a successful partnership.
