Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim urged restraint in the dispute between Petronas and Petroleum Sarawak Bhd (Petros) to protect mutual interests. He announced upcoming talks with Sarawak Premier Abang Johari Tun Openg, upon his return from London, to resolve the issue.
