Plenitude Bhd, a Malaysian company specializing in property development, investment, and hospitality, reported robust FY2023 revenue of RM361.7 million. The surge was propelled by strong sales in the property sector, particularly from Taman Desa Tebrau in Johor Bahru, contributing RM120.0 million.
The hospitality division also thrived, experiencing a threefold increase in revenue to RM136.9 million. The positive outcome led to a proposed dividend of 3.0 sen per share. Despite global challenges and economic uncertainties, Plenitude remains committed to prudent financial management, focusing on profitability and sustainable operations amid potential adversities.
“With over 20 years of experience in the property development industry, we are confident and committed to bringing more successful projects and development in the Northern, Central and Southern regions. We managed to improve 39% on our Profit Before Tax (PBT) to RM 58.6 million in FY2023, a noteworthy surge from RM42.3 million in FY2022 and with a current land bank spanning approximately 1,127 acres, we are enthusiastic about sustaining this growth momentum,” says Madam Elsie Chua, the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Plenitude Bhd.
