Radium Development enters hospitality with The FACE Chancery Hotel in Ampang, a RM135 million investment designed to generate recurring income and enhance Chancery’s mixed-use ecosystem.
Radium Development Berhad has officially entered the hospitality sector with the launch of The FACE Chancery Hotel, a four-star hospitality component within its mixed-use Chancery development in Ampang. The project represents a RM135 million investment and marks the Group’s first move beyond its traditional property development business.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the hotel will occupy Levels 10 to 14 of Chancery’s 51-storey tower and feature 145 guest rooms, including Super King, Queen, accessible, and connecting room configurations. The development is part of Radium’s strategy to establish a recurring income stream while complementing its core property operations.
Group Managing Director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong said the hotel was envisioned as an integral component of Chancery, helping attract corporate travellers, tourists, and extended-stay guests while strengthening the overall ecosystem of the development.
The hotel will offer facilities such as an all-day dining restaurant, poolside dining area, infinity-edge swimming pool, gymnasium, and meeting rooms. Guests will also benefit from digital check-in services, smart room controls, and in-room hot and cold water dispensers aimed at reducing single-use plastic consumption.
Operated by Tradisi Emas Sdn Bhd with consultancy support from The FACE Hospitality, the hotel is expected to achieve stable operations within three years, generating approximately RM20 million in annual revenue.
