Scoot Launches Food-Themed Campaign Featuring Malaysian Illustrator Riynn Lee

Scoot has launched a new campaign, “Scoot Beyond Borders, Turning Flavours into Journeys,” encouraging Malaysians to travel for food while highlighting its network of more than 70 destinations. The low-cost carrier teamed up with Malaysian illustrator Riynn Lee, whose digital artwork captures her recent culinary journey in Phu Quoc, one of Scoot’s newest routes operated by the Embraer E190-E2. Her illustrations spotlight street markets, fresh seafood and the joy of discovering new flavours.

The campaign emphasizes food as a key motivation for Malaysian travellers and highlights Scoot’s connectivity to destinations such as Hangzhou, Hat Yai, Tokyo and Vienna. Riynn will also produce social media content and interactive stickers that showcase her travel experiences. Scoot said the collaboration aims to inspire travellers to view journeys as culinary adventures, connecting culture and exploration through food.
