Farmiera Posts RM460.1 Million Revenue Ahead of ACE Market Debut

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 — Farmiera Berhad, a leading poultry producer and distributor, announced a revenue of RM460.1 million for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 (9MFY2025), supported by strong performances in poultry farming and processing. The company recorded a profit before tax of RM9.7 million and profit after tax of RM5.4 million.

For the third quarter alone, revenue stood at RM149.3 million, driven almost equally by its farming and processing divisions. Farmiera is set to debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on 12 November with a market capitalisation of RM112.5 million, based on an issue price of RM0.25 per share.

Managing Director and CEO Hong How Seng said the results underscored the company’s operational resilience and commitment to efficiency, quality, and food safety. Farmiera aims to strengthen its market presence and deliver sustainable shareholder value in Malaysia’s poultry sector.
