FedEx Sustainability Insights in AMEA to Assist Customers in Reporting Emissions

FedEx Launches FedEx Sustainability Insights (FSI) to Provide Emissions Data for Shipments in AMEA Markets. The cloud-based tool utilizes FedEx network data to estimate CO2e emissions, enabling customers to make informed decisions for reducing their environmental impact.

FSI offers visibility of emissions within supply chains, supporting reporting and strategic planning. Sustainability is a key priority for businesses, and FSI empowers customers to meet consumer expectations and drive sustainability efforts.

Kawal Preet, President of FedEx Express for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, highlights the importance of environmental stewardship and transparent reporting.

The tool aligns with FedEx’s commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040, focusing on vehicle electrification, efficient facilities, fuels, fleets, and carbon capture investments.

FedEx® Sustainability Insights provides data-backed predictive insights and modeling for network efficiency enhancements. Through FSI, FedEx aims to support customers in their sustainability journey while advancing its own environmental goals.

This initiative reflects the growing emphasis on sustainability in business operations and consumer decision-making, emphasizing the need for transparent reporting and proactive measures.
