Kerjaya Prospek: Strong Kickoff

Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd’s (KPGB) 1QFY26 net profit rose 24.5% to RM57.3m, mainly driven by stronger contribution from its construction division.

The results aligned with consensus expectations however, accounting about 22.9% and 23.0% of respective full year estimates. Cumulative YTD contract wins stood at RM1.1bn, already achieving 54.0% of our FY26 target new orders of RM2.0bn.

Looking ahead, the company intends to remain focused on higher-margin projects and seek new opportunities, while continuing to monitor market conditions and implementing suitable strategies to navigate business and economic headwinds.

Analysts say they maintain the Outperform call.
