Malaysia Airlines to boost travel market in China with Huawei

Malaysia Airlines has partnered with Chinese tech giant Huawei to enhance its customer-centric services by gaining insights into traveler preferences and analyzing market trends.

Using Huawei’s Petal Ads marketing platform, the airline aims to expand its presence in the Chinese market, optimize customer experiences, and attract more Chinese travelers.

MAG CEO Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi highlighted the partnership’s goal of improving customer engagement and solidifying the airline’s regional and global position.

Huawei’s Vincent Wen emphasized that this collaboration leverages local strategies and Huawei’s strong brand presence to boost the airlines’ visibility and market penetration in China.

Meanwhile, Huawei director of cloud service business growth Vincent Wen said that through collaborative efforts focused on localised strategies and by harnessing Huawei’s robust brand presence and marketing channels in China, and the airline could significantly enhance its visibility and market penetration among Chinese travellers.
