MYDIN Boosts e-Commerce Productivity Sevenfold with Zebra Solution

By implementing Zebra’s warehouse mobility solution (WMS) at its distribution center in Seremban, MYDIN significantly boosts its daily order fulfillment from 1,500 to over 10,000 orders.

The solution includes lightweight Android-powered TC21 mobile computers, equipped with enterprise-class durability and scalability. MYDIN collaborates with Zebra PartnerConnect ISV AC2 Group to deploy the WAVE Warehouse Management System, addressing business challenges and improving operational efficiency.

This initiative aligns with the growing trend of omnichannel shopping experiences, meeting consumer demands for seamless digital solutions in retail.

“According to Zebra’s latest Global Shopper Study, nearly eight in 10 of the surveyed global and APAC shoppers favor a blend of online and in-store shopping,” says Kym Lim, Country Manager for Malaysia and Brunei, Zebra Technologies.
