Radium Development Bhd (Radium) celebrated the festive spirit of Chinese New Year with a vibrant open house event held at the Desa East Residences sales gallery on Saturday, 24 February 2024. The event was attended by approximately 100 guests, marking a joyous gathering of community members and prospective homeowners.

The open house featured an array of traditional and entertaining activities, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the Lunar New Year. Attendees were treated to captivating performances including a twin lion dance, accompanied by the rhythmic crackle of firecrackers.

A delightful dragon mascot added to the festive ambience, engaging guests with cheerful walkabouts. The Lord of Prosperity also made a special appearance, spreading blessings and good fortune among the attendees.

Guests had the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, including Chinese knot-making and DIY traditional basket frame-making. Creative spirits soared as visitors indulged in crafting their paper dragon heads, adding a personalised touch to the celebration.
