Resilience, Sustainability, and Digitalisation Form Common Thread for transport logistic and air cargo

The upcoming transport logistic Southeast Asia and air cargo Southeast Asia conference, set to be held in Singapore from November 1 to 3, 2023, will address three critical themes: supply chain resilience, digitalization, and sustainability.

These themes are paramount in the logistics industry for 2023 and are expected to have a lasting impact. The conference program boasts nearly 50 sessions, daily exhibitor events, and a special Project Cargo Conference, providing valuable insights into the latest industry developments.

The focus on Sustainability

The conference will commence with a keynote speech by logistics expert Mark Millar, focusing on supply chain strategies in the wake of recent challenges like the Covid-19 pandemic, the Suez Canal blockage, and the Ukraine conflict. Country sessions by Singapore, Germany, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia will also be featured, offering a comprehensive view of logistics in these regions.

Notable companies in the logistics, sea and air freight sectors, including DHL, dnata, Gebrüder Weiss, Incheon International Airport, Jettainer, and Singapore Airlines, will share practical insights into their sustainability and digitalization strategies on the Exhibitor Stage.

Furthermore, a highlight of the trade fair is the Project Cargo Conference, scheduled for November 3, 2023, in parallel with transport logistic and air cargo Southeast Asia. This conference will delve into trends, challenges, and opportunities in general cargo and heavy lift logistics in Southeast Asia.

Michael Wilton, Managing Director of MMI Asia, Messe München’s regional subsidiary, emphasizes the significance of these events in fostering logistics networks and business relationships in Southeast Asia and global markets. The Project Cargo Conference acknowledges the fast-growing general cargo and heavy lift market in the region.

All events in the conference program are free of charge for exhibitors and visitors attending transport logistic and air cargo Southeast Asia. For further details and an overview of the conference program, please visit https://transportlogisticsea.com.
