TANJONG MALIM, June 15 – The National Nanotechnology Centre (NNC) has awarded RM35,706.96 to Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) to support the NNC–UPSI Nanoscience Knowledge Transfer Programme, aimed at promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education among school students.
Officiating the programme, NNC Senior Assistant Director Ismarul Nizam Ismail said the initiative supports the nation’s Science, Technology and Innovation agenda by providing early exposure to nanoscience and nanotechnology.
The programme involved 200 students from 14 schools in Muallim District, offering eight interactive nanoscience modules through hands-on learning and practical activities.
