SRKK AI is poised for growth as demand for AI-driven digital transformation rises, supported by expanding recurring income, regional digitalisation trends, and increasing adoption of intelligent solutions.
SRKK AI Bhd is positioning itself to benefit from rising demand for digital transformation services across Malaysia and Singapore, supported by growing adoption of artificial intelligence solutions and cloud technologies.
The company provides a broad range of services, including IT consulting, cybersecurity solutions, business workflow automation, networking, cloud services, managed IT services, hardware and software solutions, as well as data analytics and business intelligence offerings. AI-enabled solutions contributed 10.5% of the group’s total revenue in FY25, highlighting the increasing role of artificial intelligence within its business model.
Analysts have assigned a fair value of RM0.38 per share, based on an 11.5 times price-to-earnings ratio applied to FY27 forecast earnings. The valuation reflects a discount to listed peers, largely due to SRKK AI’s smaller market capitalisation.
Looking ahead, the company is expected to deliver a three-year earnings CAGR of approximately 17%, driven by accelerating regional digitalisation, rising demand for AI-powered solutions, and growth in recurring revenue streams.
