Rise of cyber violence on a worldwide scale now
Kaspersky’s latest global study reveals that 72% of organisations continue to operate with fragmented, multi-vendor cybersecurity systems. Even as nearly half of security professionals (43%) say their toolsets are overly complex and time-consuming to manage. These inefficiencies hinder rapid threat response and contribute to rising costs and operational gaps.
The study, titled “Improving resilience: cybersecurity through system immunity,” highlights that 42% of organisations experience budget overruns due to overlapping solutions, while 41% face automation roadblocks due to poor tool integration. Despite these pain points, adoption of single-vendor platforms remains low, with only 28% making the switch. However, a shift is underway, as 86% of firms are already consolidating or planning to consolidate their security architecture within the next two years.
