Samsung launched The Frame Hospitality Model at HITEC 2026, combining AI-powered guest services, digital art displays, and centralised hotel management tools for premium hospitality environments worldwide.
Samsung has introduced The Frame Hospitality Model (HL03H) at HITEC 2026, expanding its acclaimed Art TV concept into the hospitality sector. Designed for premium hotels and resorts, the new display blends elegant aesthetics with advanced guest-focused technology, helping properties elevate both room design and digital services.
The Frame Hospitality Model transforms into a digital art display when not in use, allowing hotels to enhance interior spaces without sacrificing functionality. The display also incorporates Samsung’s latest AI-powered features, including Generative Wallpaper, which creates personalised room visuals, and Live Translate, which provides real-time subtitles for broadcasts in multiple languages.
Integrated with Samsung’s LYNK Cloud platform, hotel operators can centrally manage displays, deliver customised guest information, promote on-site services, and streamline communication across properties.
As luxury tourism continues to grow across destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Langkawi, Samsung’s latest hospitality solution aims to help hotels deliver more immersive and personalised guest experiences.
