  1. Improved Compensation: Workers, especially in Singapore, seek better pay, with current rates starting at S$9 ($6.84) per hour.
  2. Enhanced Team Culture: Employees desire stronger team bonding and improved working conditions.
  3. Standardized Training: Baristas wish for more consistent training and updated equipment, noting that US stores have more advanced technology.
  4. Better Customer Incentives: Some suggest adopting a subscription model or improving the rewards program to attract and retain customers.
  5. Responsive Menu Updates: Employees want the menu to better reflect customer feedback and include popular special drinks.

The new CEO’s approach to these issues will be closely watched as Starbucks aims to address both internal and external challenges.
