Sunway Property
Sunway Property aims for RM2.6 billion in sales in 2024, building on its success from the previous year. With a strong performance in 2023, exceeding sales targets and recording substantial unbilled revenue, the developer is confident in its growth trajectory.
The introduction of four new Signature Products across Malaysia, alongside the annual Signature Series campaign, is expected to drive sales. These Signature Products, crafted with Sunway’s hallmark SDDA principles, will offer high-quality residential options in key locations such as Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, and Ipoh.
Internationally, Sunway Property continues to expand, with projects in Singapore and China contributing to its profitability. Investments in sustainable communities remain a priority, with significant investment in wellness hubs and other amenities across its townships.
Sunway Property also aims to achieve green-building certification for all completed assets by 2025, aligning with Sunway Group’s commitment to sustainability.
Furthermore, the Signature Series 2024 campaign promises attractive deals and prizes, including Tesla vehicles and exclusive “Experience Sunway” vouchers, coinciding with Sunway Group’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
This comprehensive strategy underscores Sunway Property’s dedication to customer satisfaction, sustainable development, and continued growth in the real estate market.
