Accor Continues its Expansion across Asia

SINGAPORE Accor, a leading augmented hospitality Group, is pleased to share its recent signings for November 2023, underscoring its unwavering dedication to extending its reach while delivering unparalleled experiences throughout Asia.

As of October 2023, Accor has seamlessly executed management agreements for an impressive 69 properties, augmenting its extensive portfolio with over 16,500 keys. Amidst this remarkable surge, the Group strategically continues to direct its efforts toward resolute leadership in the Premium, Midscale and Economy segments, epitomised by its steadfast representation through the Novotel, Mercure, and ibis brands. This strategic approach underscores Accor’s commitment to ensure a diverse range of offerings for its guests.

Thailand:

  • ibis Styles Phuket Bangtao: This newly signed hotel, set to open in 2025, is located in Bangtao, known for its pristine beach and modern living. With 140 keys, it will feature a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and a gym, adding to Accor’s robust network of 73 hotels in the Midscale and Economy segments in Thailand.
  • Swissôtel Pratunam Bangkok: Scheduled for an early 2027 opening, this premium hotel with 325 rooms is situated in Bangkok’s shopping district. It promises panoramic skyline views, a rooftop infinity pool, a world-class spa, and exquisite dining options.

Indonesia:

  • Novotel Jakarta Pulo Mas: Located in Pulo Mas, East Jakarta, this 36-floor hotel is part of a mixed-use development. With 175 rooms, dining options, a lounge, fitness center, spa, pool bar, and an outdoor swimming pool, it offers a serene ambience and a bird’s-eye view of Jakarta.

Vietnam:

  • Mercure Cat Tien and ibis Styles Cat Tien: Accor will manage two hotels within the Imperial Oasis Quy Nhon project in Binh Dinh province. The Mercure and ibis Styles hotels, opening in 2027, will offer a total of 439 rooms and feature facilities like all-day dining restaurants, meeting rooms, swimming pools, and gyms. These projects align with Accor’s emphasis on coastal economic development in Vietnam.

India:

  • Grand Mercure Goa Candolim: Scheduled to open in Q2 2024, this expansive hotel in Goa will offer 87 well-appointed rooms, two dining options, a large banquet hall, and fitness and spa facilities. It aims to make a significant impact on Goa’s dynamic hospitality scene and provide a notable stay for travelers.
