Fortune has revealed its 2025 Most Powerful Women in Asia list, celebrating 10 influential leaders driving transformation across the region’s major industries.
Leading the list is Tan Su Shan, CEO of DBS, who rose through Singapore’s largest bank to become a defining force in finance and digital banking. Grace Wang, co-founder and CEO of Luxshare Precision Industry, continues to propel the Chinese tech manufacturer into the Fortune Global 500 with record revenue growth.
Meng Wanzhou, Huawei’s deputy chairwoman and CFO, remains central to China’s semiconductor ambitions amid global competition, while Bonnie Chan, CEO of HKEX, pushes for gender diversity and market expansion in Hong Kong’s exchange. Kathy Yang, Foxconn’s first female rotating CEO, oversees global operations for the tech giant amid the AI-driven manufacturing boom.

From the retail sector, Malina Ngai, CEO of AS Watson, heads the world’s largest health and beauty chain, overseeing 17,000 stores worldwide. Roshni Nadar Malhotra, chairperson of HCLTech, is India’s richest woman and a key figure in the country’s booming tech sector.
Choi Soo-yeon, CEO of Naver, leads South Korea’s largest Internet company, steering its AI and sustainability agenda. Makiko Ono, CEO of Suntory Beverage & Food, broke barriers as Japan’s first female head of a trillion-yen listed firm. Mitsuko Tottori, CEO of Japan Airlines, made history as the carrier’s first female chief, steering it through a record revenue year.
