Fortinet Expands Malaysia SASE Infrastructure to Boost Secure Digital Growth

Kuala Lumpur – Fortinet has announced the launch of a Malaysia‑based Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) Point‑of‑Presence (PoP), reinforcing its long‑term commitment to Malaysia’s digital economy. The deployment enables secure, high‑performance connectivity for enterprises and hybrid workforces, ensuring consistent security enforcement with low latency as organisations adopt distributed and cloud operating models. The Malaysia PoP complements Fortinet’s presence in Kuala Lumpur and supports the MADANI vision, aligning with national cybersecurity and Sovereign AI Cloud initiatives.

SASE Infrastructure

Vishak Raman, Vice President of Sales, India, SAARC, Southeast Asia & ANZ, said: “Our continued investments in Malaysia reflect Fortinet’s commitment to strengthening cyber resilience through local infrastructure and long‑term ecosystem support.”

The PoP forms part of Fortinet’s regional expansion, including Thailand and the Philippines.
